Rahman Alarape Snr., a remarkable individual, born and raised in Ebute-Metta on the Lagos mainland of Lagos state, is the only son among seven siblings, surrounded by six sisters. His journey has been one of unwavering commitment to both personal and societal growth, with a rich history as a renowned football player during his secondary school days at Ahmadiyya College (now Anwar-UL Islam Model College) in Agege, Lagos.
A rising star during his school years, Rahman showcased his football talent by featuring for esteemed teams such as Cadbury Football Club, Ikeja, First Bank FC, and NEPA FC in Lagos. He received a national invitation to the Nigeria Junior Eagles camp in 1982 before embarking on an educational journey to the United States.

Lateef Akanni Adams
Lateef Akanni Adams, a Lagosian from the Adams Family of Okepopo, and the Kumoku branch of Eletu Iwase Descendants family of Lagos Island, Lagos state. A retiree, worked over two decades with Chevron Oil PLC presently (MRS Oil and Gas Plc) as Manager Supply Chain. Held management positions in Supply Distribution operations, Sales and Marketing.
Widely travelled within Nigeria, attended several management seminars, workshops, trainings and courses locally and internationally. Presently into Consultancy in Oil and Gas and a Registered Contractor with the Lagos state office of drainage services.
Personal goals are to strive and give back to the society through charity work as well as developing strong personal and professional relationships through the foundation. Hobbies include watching soccer and music. Enjoys reading biographies and watching documentary films. Speaks English, Yoruba , Hausa fluently. Married with 2 girls and a boy. A graduate of University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Rashidat is an accomplished corporate professional, legal consultant, and civic leader. She is widely recognized as a strategic thought leader, renowned for her expertise in risk management, crisis leadership, and incident command within the telecommunications, social services, and technology industries. Rashidat excels in organizations experiencing dynamic and disruptive changes and is a prominent figure in the fields of strategy, crisis management, and corporate security.
Her dedication to community service is exemplified by her prior role as an AmeriCorps volunteer and her distinction as a recipient of the Segal Leadership Award. Rashidat has provided invaluable support to various community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Hope CommUnity Center, Shelter House, and numerods others. Before her tenure at ARA Charity Foundation, Rashidat served on the Executive Board of the Cherry Blossom Alumni Chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Sorority. Incorporated. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Barry University School of Law, and also graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University.

Steve Ogunfemi has over 30 years' experience in senior leadership positions. He has been a Vice President at Pace, Executive Director at JP Morgan, Director at AT&T and Orange Business Services, Coca-Cola to mention a few of the organisation he has worked with. He has an MBA, as well as Honours in two Engineering Degrees (Mechanical and Electrical & Electronic). Steve currently serves on a few Boards including Clear Voice (MHTL), Infratel, Eximia Realty.
Steve is a very compassionate and transformative leader, exemplified by his passion for two of his Alumni's since the early '90's, been both a coach and mentor over the same period. Being a Mentor for almost 30 years, Steve has both observed and faced many of the inequalities that face the community. Steve is passionate about justice and fairness (social justice in particular) as well as inequalities in health and financial services, which dovetail the negative impact that the misuse of power and lack of empathy, compassion and cultural awareness by the system.

Rashid is an accomplished professional known for his expertise in strategic investments and accountability across various departments. Currently holding a prominent position at Mifland, Rashid's leadership spans process development, budget management, and marketing operations, all underpinned by meticulous analysis. He possesses a keen sense of fashion trends and competitor strategies, actively managing brands' online presence across different platforms.
Rashid's strategic direction has led to notable improvements in Mifland's sales strategy and social media impact. Prior to his role at Mifland, Rashid showcased his financial acumen as an Investment Consultant at New Western Acquisitions in 2019. Outside of his professional endeavors, Rashid is deeply committed to community service, particularly through coaching youth soccer teams, highlighting his dedication to making a positive difference in the community.

Rahman is the visionary CEO and founder of Abstract Clothing Club, a dynamic streetwear brand based in Atlanta, GA, known for its strong connection with the youth demographic. With a focus on fostering community through the concept of "members," Rahman has led Abstract to rapid growth and recognition within the Hip Hop industry since its inception in 2021. Prior to launching Abstract, Rahman honed his skills as an influencer at renowned brands Nike and Reebok, where he notably contributed to Nike's Air Max campaign, including the successful rollout of the Air Max 720.
Rahman's influence extended to collaborations with Mifland, aiding in their brand presence and engagement with youth audiences. His professional journey also includes roles as an accountant at Republic National Distributing Company and a financial analyst at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Rahman's achievements extend beyond business success, with active involvement in community initiatives such as "Feeding Children Everywhere" and "Ramadan Feeding the Homeless," showcasing his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the fashion industry.
